传统黄釉有两种：一，以三价铁离子着色的石灰釉，属高温釉；二，以含铁的天然矿物为着色剂，但基础釉是铅釉，属低温黄釉。明、清黄釉都是以铁为着色剂的铁黄，用氧化焰低温烧成，色黄润光滑，釉面晶莹透澈。黄釉器制作方法有二：一是烧成的白瓷釉面上涂以含铁色料，再低温烧成；二是在素烧过的涩胎上直接施黄釉，但釉色不及前者洁润。

此尊六棱瓶，楞口，长颈，斜肩，下收修长美观，气势庄重。整件作品以松石绿釉打底，各种彩料，图案丰富，层次分明。瓶口施金釉，与颈部旋纹金釉相对应，给人一种奢华感，而仅有是皇室的专用釉色。
可以看到瓶口温润而光滑，其老金色意义非凡，肩部画宝瓶花，分布于六棱的六个面。
底部为印章款大清乾隆年制六字青花篆书，可见底足露胎出十分细腻，有糯米般糯白，是少有的糯米胎，最早称之为“糯米汁胎”是形象描述胎体的质感，如同糯米经水磨后流出的米浆一般细腻、光滑。后被称为糯米胎，此胎极其细腻，是瓷石经过多次提炼极其细腻后才有的极品瓷胎，这种瓷胎轻扣声音清脆悦耳，胎质紧密，较一般瓷器硬度要高，抗热涨冷缩能力强，很多瓷器经历上百年时间就会自然的干裂，我们成为阴裂现象，与窑裂不同，是后期形成的，而糯米胎瓷器就不会出现这种问题，由于瓷土极其细腻，也不会出现棕眼的现象，是美瓷的重要要素。
珐琅彩历来为宫廷专用瓷器，民间很少有所了解，知道珐琅彩举办了展览，才被公众与世，观赏者无不惊叹，竟有如此美艳的瓷器，在马未都讲瓷器中，一件二十几年前110万拍的珐琅彩，收藏了二十几年，直接拍了1.5个亿，可见珐琅之稀有珍贵，而这件珐琅彩，整体满花饰，釉釉金釉点缀，且品相完美，具有极高的收藏价值。
